The TiVo description for "What If They Find Him" says "Hopper tracks down a major player in the conspiracy to frame him for Garza's murder." Last week, at the very end of the show, Hopper retrieved the cold case file from the front seat of Chad's car. The cold case clearly holds clues to Garza's murder. It likely holds clues to Hopper's own past. Maybe things he didn't realize or things he didn't want to deal with in his relationships with family members.
I think the people who should be closest to him hold the keys to this mystery. But what could Hopper have done that would make someone want to frame him for murder?
