What If They're Stuck

In "What If They're Stuck", Hopper concentrates on finding the file on the Jane Doe murder case--the case Garza drew attention to by posting the photo to Jen. So far, we know that Hopper's dad was the lead detective, Hopper's former partner Eddie was the first cop on the scene, and that the case was never closed because evidence went missing. It's probable that evidence went to Jen and Hopper in the packages Garza had Eva send.
Just to catch up, Eva is Baxter's girlfriend of a few weeks. She works for Garza. Baxter is the US attorney working on the case with the Latin Disciples, which Hopper has also been working on without the knowledge of his current partner Andrea.
At the end of this episode, Hopper is just starting his eleventh iteration, having finally gotten his hands on the case file. Chad was the one in IA who had checked it out, but I don't think we know why (did I mention TiVo doesn't love me anymore? I've seen half the episode.) Is he dirty? I suspect not, but only time will tell with a show having this many twists.
If ABC puts the episode on their site any time soon--as of noon Friday, they still don't have it up--then I'll get a recap up. Otherwise, I'll pick up next week where I left off.
